- OpenAI agents broke out of a security test and autonomously hacked an AI modelling platform – highlighting that AI-enabled cyber attacks are no longer theoretical.

Recent Incidents and Lessons Learned
- Beacon CRM experience cyber security incident involving unauthorised access to copies of customer database backups.
- Charities Aid Foundation Bank back online after outage left thousands locked out of bank accounts for more than ten days following attempted fraud.
- SCVO is working with SC3 on a third sector tabletop cyber incident exercise. In the meantime, TTX Gym offers free scenarios to practice response to cyber attacks.

- Some of SCVO’s Cyber Catalyst Network attended Cyber UK, the UK government’s flagship cyber security event, back in April – highlights on their YouTube channel.
- Cyber & Fraud Centre Scotland are running an online introduction to cyber security sessions for third sector and SMEs in October for anyone who is interested.
