Biography
Kelly has 22 years’ experience in Security within the Private Sector joining the Royal Bank of Scotland Group from University. After a short spell leading Cyber and Information Security Business at M&G Kelly joined HMRC as Director of HMRC Security and Chief Security Officer, a remit spanning Cyber, Physical, Supplier Security, and IT Resilience. Kelly is Senior Responsible Owner (SRO) for Governments largest IT Transformation portfolio. Kelly is deeply passionate about all aspects of Security, in particular ensuring that customers, clients and colleagues are best placed through excellence in Security education and awareness to protect themselves from potential attacks. Kelly is also an advocate and supporter of women and girls pursuing a career in Technology and Security.
