Police Scotland Cyber Resilience Conference

Police Scotland Cyber Resilience Conference

This conference, on Thursday 26th February 2026, at the Macdonald Aviemore Conference Centre, will take a multi-layered approach to cyber resilience.

It is designed to address a critical and documented vulnerability within the business community; a deficit in readily accessible, actionable, and up to date cyber resilience knowledge.

Current analysis and reported incidents indicate that many local enterprises, particularly small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs), operate with an elevated risk profile due to a lack of awareness regarding the evolving threat landscape and best practice defence mechanisms.

The primary purpose of this conference is to directly mitigate this gap.

By convening a diverse panel of recognised experts and industry leaders, the event will serve as a vital platform for the spread of essential knowledge.

Our objective is to furnish attendees with the knowledge, practical tools, and authoritative guidance necessary to fortify their operational environments.

This approach is intended to transition businesses from a state of passive vulnerability to one of active cyber resilience, enabling them to operate securely, effectively manage risk, and contribute meaningfully to the overall reduction of cybercrime impact across the region.

The ultimate aim is to enhance the long-term operational safety and continuity of the business community.
